Fees

 My hourly rate is $450 per hour – I will usually seek an initial retainer of anywhere from $1000 to $5000 depending on the complexity of the file.

Charged at my hourly rate – this can be limited to what you desire: Drafting court documents [with you going to court], coaching and advice, court appearances only, attending and supporting you through mediation or  mediation/arbitration. 

 $1000 to $1500 depending on the complexity of the Agreement and the amount of due diligence. 

$1500 all in [limited assets, no children]

Purchase: $950 plus disbursements [ usually this amount will be about $1500 all in] - the disbursements are dependent on the value of the land and the value of the mortgage. 

Sale:  $800 plus disbursements [usually this amount will be about $1000 all in].
